Little bit about Richard Mabe

Been on a spiritual journey since a young age but due to working in a toxic environment, I lost what felt true until around 2017, when I did counselling, I learnt DBT (Dielectrical Behavioural Therapy) which is learning to do the opposite to what’s troubling you. Since then, I have been on a spiritual journey (well, I’m suppose I have been pretty much since birth) but wasn’t until about early 2021 that something really clicked.  One Friday, I found myself in a forest and bonded with Mother Earth; that’s when I started understanding myself better.

I began discovering myself more. I began learning from different cultures and groups which helped inspire me to start my Reiki journey. I passed my level 1 in summer 2023 and I discovered Anusha healing. This took my spiritual path in a new, exciting direction. 2024 was a busy year busy year, learning with being attuned to level 2 Reiki and Crystal Reiki. I have also learnt sound healing level 1, then becoming an Anusha healing master July 2024 and will be expanding my knowledge so on.

A lot of work is about keeping it simple with my punk roots and being a musician, I’m very aware of different frequencies and vibration. Additionally, I associate a lot of my work with the colours of the chakras. In 2025, I discovered that using birth charts that can link with different musical notes with all the chakras to determine different connections such as soul mate, karmic or twin flames which brings harmony or healing that brings an understanding to why different vibration? This reading is called Frequency connection reading which will write more about at a later date.

I do past life work to understand different karma and know why different issues and strengths for different individuals. My other work involves tarot/oracle, pendulums, candles, crystals, dreams, writing and recently started learning about astrology and ancestral lineage.
