Chakras, Part 1 What Are Chakras?

What are Chakras?

Chakras are energy points through the centre of our bodies in which brings your spiritual alignment that can influence your auric energy field but also your physical self and throughout life, some of us become spiritually aware of why we have issues because of certain blockages in our spiritual self which influences our issues with our physical self.

 

There are 7 main chakras through our body in which in theory if all balanced they all spin in the same direction and the same speed. Practically with the busy world it’s incredibly difficult to keep all our chakra’s spinning in the same direction in which we learn to control the more spiritually aware we become. If one or more stops spinning or goes the other way then we lose or lack flow through our energy system, and this causes out of balance within ourselves.

 

How many Chakras are there?

Apparently, there are 114 chakras throughout our body but there are 7 major chakras, root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, 3rd eye and crown, but each body part has a minor chakra linking to the 7 major chakras. Although there are 7 major chakras, earth star chakra, hara chakra and couple of celestial chakras can be considered major chakras which brings 12 major chakras. Different backgrounds and cultures have different views.

 

All chakras have different colours, numbers, different frequencies and linked to planets in the solar system. Some sources say there are more than 114 in which are higher dimensional but in theory there could be more which become universal chakras which physically impossible to establish, only astrally can be reached. We have a couple earth chakras beneath our feet and 12 above our crown which is our auric or celestial and then universal chakras which you can only do through meditation, psychic work, dreams or astral projection.

 

Why is it Important in keeping healthy chakras balanced?

Practicing chakra balancing has been practiced for 1000s of years in the eastern world and we all live busy lives in which can block our chakras and that’s why things may become distorted, or we have illnesses because certain parts of our body are blocked on the spiritual side that’s influencing our physical self.

One of the biggest links to balancing our chakras is Yoga but also, mindfulness/meditation, energy healing like Reiki or Sekham, sound healing with high frequencies or relaxation healing frequencies, crystals, incense sticks, grounding, eating healthy, exercise, positive affirmations, chanting, positive mindset. Each Tarot card are linked to a chakra, which will go through at a later blog. That's are basic outline of chakra's and future blogs will be going through all of the major chakra's and some of the minor chakra's.
